Select a topic that appeals to you from the realm of organizational development and change(ODC). Email topic to instructor for approval prior to beginning your work. Research this topic in peer reviewed, academic journals and popular press sources. You will need a total of eight resources—4 from peer reviewed and 4 from popular press sources. Applying what you have learned from the text, class, and the resources, write a paper containing the following:
1 page introduction and general description of the chosen ODC topic
1 page summary of the academic articles of the chosen ODC topic
1 page summary of the popular press articles of the chosen ODC topic
1 page compare/contrast; note similarities/differences between the two different types of sources
1 page with reasons for differences noted and conclusion
The paper should be a total of 5 pages without references or appendices; one page should be sufficient for the references, you can include up to 3 pages of appendices. Paper should be double spaced, 1 inch margins
prefer Arial or Calibri 10 point font (no smaller than 10, please!) Do not make the mistake of thinking writing a longer paper is better.
